- To establish a membership organization that develops and upholds the standards of exercise.
- To advance exceptional continuing education to maintain the standards and criteria of SuperSlow.
- To create an organization for delivering SuperSlow, and other, Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

- Ensure inclusion and professional development of all SuperSlow Level I Instructors who choose to participate.
- Contribute to the ongoing education and development of SuperSlow Instructors.
- Foster effective dialogue and connection among its members
- Assess research about the principles of effective exercise to ensure our standards are consistently based on sound science
- Develop and provide products and services that support its members
- Provide a platform for its members to participate (e.g., Case Study Groups presented at The SuperSlow Zone Summit).

- We have our new institute faculty line-up and will be adding more faculty and courses throughout fall/winter '06 and '07. All courses are fully-certified, continuing education courses (CEUs) and registration will begin October 2, 2006.
